All of our courses centralize culture as essential for effective research and practice. Each lecture includes: (1) a review of the most relevant and current research studies, (2) a critical analysis of current practices, particularly with culturally marginalized populations, (3) a discussion of resilience in the face of trauma, (4) evidence-based, culture-centered interventions, and (5) resources for further reading and enhanced practice. Take time now to re-educate yourself about the most effective ways to work with children of color.
