COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDER-SCHOLAR (CSS) MODEL TM

CRESTS-Liberate is an emancipatory research credentialing program for anyone researching culturally marginalized communities, whether quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. Researchers may be formally trained in conventional educational settings or members of grassroots organizations. The COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDER-SCHOLAR (CSS) MODEL TM is for individuals who want to participate fully in the research process.

8 Units

The CRESTS-Liberate curriculum consists of 8-units offered asynchronously on our training platform. The subject matter ranges from a discussion of racism in research about Black individuals, families, and communities as well as other groups of culturally marginalized people.
